The 12 Hour Dickensian

Well, its the final big one, Dickensian night, with the town and less than 1 month to Christmas, times are changing rapidly. I'm really sorry the blogpost has taken longer than the vlog but if you want the vlog, its below:

Now this was another start but i did rest nicely when i crashed out the day before, paid £45 for some videos from someone which was nice and also my proper costume arrived for the big day.

The costume i bought for £25.50 inc £7.95 delivery

The costume looked like this

I smiled a little better

I woke up in a rush, luckily i packed up a PS3 and Move to give some hype for customers, Getting in and open was the first part, but i reckon it was quiet before the main event starts. But weather wise it was quite shit for most of it. Now i was in work about 9:15 and as i was unpacking, I noticed steam was coming off my clothes, it was THAT cold on the day.

With time, things were done, work was busy with some customers, i ended up buying a table for use at the stall since using a chair to do repairs and teaching is meh so i was recommended to go to t luke's Hospice and well, a quick run up there and i found an idea folding table for £8. So after helping to clear the table and bringing it back, it was working very nicely and there was laptops already being fixed on it since it was that useful.

The table for £8
Eventually it was nearing 4:30 which the clouds were darker, other stall holders were changing and i was setting up the PS3, deadstorm pirates was the game, along with the move dock i bought from poundland for £1 a few years back. Then it was waiting until my colleague got here and then we were both in the same costume, he paid £3 less and had delivery same time thanks to the stalls' neighbour picking up the costume from the warehouse of Plymouth Fancy dress.

But with that it was coming up to 5:50 and i decided to buy some food and tea for that night, with deadstorm pirates and PlayStation move entertaining the east end for a bit, I explored the wet event of Tavistock, it was such a kinda shme it was raining but life happens, the crowds were crowding and the fun was gathering, passing steam engines, tasting almost everything free Christmas pudding, chili brownies and eventually I ordered Chinese.

The Chinese in a bag I ordered

The ordered was beef in hoisin sauce, chips and crispy seaweed, which actually really filled me up and I couldn't eat all the chips, which for a guy that used to eat £15s and nearly be sick, thats poor of a feeder, but as i was walking back, the lights were RE-lit (they were on for the Coke truck event too funnily enough and were on on thursday too).

Walking back and the views are better

The chinese for £10.10, Beef in Hoisin, Chips and Seaweed, eating this on the chair
While eating, my boss popped in and we caught up and he was having a sore voice like I was starting to have, we ended up organizing the stock on the shelf, hardly anyone was playing ps3 but people were footfalling around, sure some people bought kits but it wasn't much. Also soon after the food, I had to buy a tango apple from bob's just down from me, it was £0.90 for a can. There was close to a domestic with a lady singing for people to "Donate to her voice", she was pretty much indirectly kicked out of the market.

The can for £0.90
Time passed and it was nearing 8pm, so I get it was time to vlog some more, so I got a mini break to explore and there were still crowds, various shops were open, roast chestnuts, mulled wine and steam engines heating the cold air. it was nice. more dances and joy ensured  and I had a PIC with my sister since her boyfriend was staying at ours after visiting Dickensian for the first time.

Walking down towards Co-op

I was making my way to the square and I went to the craft fayres , it was nice with glass, cute memes on slate, jewellery and this pixel art. i had a mini introduction about them which really helped set the tone, and the price was nice too.

Then i got back to the stall and its a final quiet half hour before i was supposed to pack up but at the last minute, i was delayed by magazine buyers so i actually finished at 9:20 which is mehhhh :/. I locked up, sure the place was kind of a mess but I walked home in the spitty rain and it was hard to run with using my pants as a holder for phone, wallet, iphone, keys and Selfie stick.

Things were packing up and empty by 9:30

Eventually after walking and attempting to run, i got home about 9:50 which was a relief and the £52s of Poundland stuff i ordered which actually cost me £36 arrived and me and the family unboxed it, from 24 bottles of j20, 3 bits of tinsel, a box of dreamies, mouthwash, pedigree chews and Strawberry Aloe Vera juice. I ended up drinking 2 bottles of the juice already while getting the vlog edited which was until 2am-ish.

Also i announced i'm reviewing a new gadget, i'll let you know when i'm ready to film it, but its pretty good and actually my mum owned it before I bought one for myself, you'll see. Enjoy the final weekend of November 2015.

A Festive Coke Evening

Well, with the near end of November upon us and Christmas season is right around the corner, we all would expect the start of the excitement and spirit of the times, since now with less than 30 days until Christmas, shopping and food is needed. Well for me, it was actually a normal working day, minus a home visit that actually was pointless due to voip being unusable when I needed it the most.

But ignore the rants of a wet day and long cycle and not as short days working in a stall.

#holidaysarecoming

Ok this pretty much is the sign of the Trucks in Red with the drink that most of the world, (except me and a few thousand unknown others) love and cherish, Coca-Cola. With the iconic vechicle stopping in Tavi for a few hours, it was time to vlog and show off the sights of this maybe once in a lifetime sight of a TV advert come to reality. The vlog for this is below:

Now i'll be honest, i work up late and i was late but that was kinda because of getting the bike out which was a pain in the shitty weather we have had lately and its gotten much colder too, but it felt fast to get into town, and there were some pics of the metallic celebrity that doesn't lash out via booze parking in the square which looked also to be joined by a ferris wheel and some kiddie rides, this was a unique point, since my works neighbour mentioned how nothing next to the truck when it was on the hoe last year with similar conditions had about 3,000 people flock to see it.

Cycling Down a hill

Seeing the truck and the fair setup in the square

The truck just parked

Then it was a case of usual work, calling suppliers, serving customers, ideas on making more money, rants and ideas. Then it came to about 2ish where i had to pop out to pay some money into the bank, just after that, the crowds were getting popular.

The truck is setup and ready to be photobombed
Then it was very close to the home visit, it was a village 46 minutes away (via bike) so i cycled from work about 2:40 and got there at 3:28, then after a imini victory dance, i was told that i was supposed to be there yesterday and they called someone else, well that was a wasted journey so i cycled back to tavi the Yelverton way and it was 3 minutes quicker minus my energy low and rage high. Then again i can't blame them since the voip phone was causing issues due to the internet being intermittent.

Leaving the parking for the bike before cycling on

Then i explored more crowds and I parked my bike in a more away location to save traffic issues, and there were busy crowds in the square to say the least, and the rides were raring to go.

An evening of raffle setups and crowd walking

Well as the time got on, we were getting quiet but the crowds were still busy, hopefully with the idea that the market would of gotten busier, we opened and in turn handed out flyers and tried to sell tickets, we had a good 2 hours of ticket sales, like 8. But after 7:40, we decided to pack up and I used the beloved glass to really show off this event. Which looked nicer and i could actually see in them, maybe the foil was not too bad. But a few people talked about it in the queue lines, one asked me what it does, I compared it to Iron Man and jarvis in the suit so to speak. Then a irish blonde page 3 style lady guided every person in the queue on how to stand and how to smile. Then that was it and i was given a card with a code to enter in 2 days time on a site.

Then i got the pics and they look good except not with the hybrid smile.

Then it came the time to leave, walking over to my bike, getting on it and then a montage of the way home, it took longer since the gears were really dying on me but i managed to get home by 8:21 which was nice. Seeing my sister and the wild rosie, bless.

Well that was the night for me hopefully more vlogs coming soon, well Friday is Dickensian and also a new product to be reviewed next week.

A Kreme Bit of Shopping

With November passing and being as cold and wet and scary as ever, Especially with the recent attacks on Paris, There was a plan to get a birthday present for Sohpie, why, well its making the effort, and also its nice with various things and now the town lights are on, its good to see them too.

Anyways fapping (which sandy thinks i'm addicted to recently) from 8:30 until 9:05 was the usual then some mini chours and getting the bike tyres pumped up and devices charged and by 10:20 i was another route away to get shopping done, on the way i decided to end up going the Plymbridge route, filled with so much leaves, mud, puddles splashing me and sweat from my back, it took me 1 hour and 31 minutes to get to Marsh Mills, parking by a pole outside PCWorld.

Leaving Tavi
Approaching an industrial estate, where i actually bought the bike from years ago

Getting to Redrow

A Tunnel

I came out pretty muddy after that and gem bridge

Now onto Plymbridge, on the trail anyway

We get there

We Pass Car Parks

We see railway workings
By 11:55ish, I finally manage to get to Marsh Mills, with the car park quite busy and my mind thinking a Chromecast would be a nextflix lovers ideal present, I wondered and browsed from sales reps selling 2 in ones to elderly customers to seeing some clearance usb sticks for £5, usb 3.0 intergal ones too.

Parking right outside

The Chromecast version 2.0 and the counter looks cool to represent the same style as chrome for the stock replacement.
Then my next plan was to get some Coffee Syrup, no seriously, my sister wanted some for her birthday which i though it would be a nice change for her, I thought it would be £££ but after some lady giggling away saying some random things to me, someone served me and then it was a nice £5.95 for the pressie, i gave them a £0.05p tip, Then i showed off what it was, they looked familiar in one way.

The syrups for £5.95
Then it was time to run to the bike and cycle on to the main event, or city. The traffic was ok, one guy beeped at me with road rage, my legs were slowing down slightly which was a bit meh and the views were not as good as a summer's day.

The river Plym
Parking by the Library
Then i walked to Drake Circus, for the usual pee and cleanup, well jeans were muddy wet and socks were not as white anymore. Then i explored town to kill time, from Primark to check on £5 jeans which they had but only in 34/32 and that means some cutting time, which means more lectures.

Then there was HMV which had some ok deals but arkaham knight on PS4 for £49.99 still, fuck that. Game had some deals with watch dogs at £9.99 used on PS4, Also a interesting version of AC Syndicate. Other mini deals going around, from the market to CEX to poundland even, as usual. The christmas lights and stall were nice too.

The return of the Globe

The market with nice lights

The frankfurt stall and a Ferris Wheel

Santa's Back and sitting on wet floors

Stalls and a ice rink, soon for Plym

Another view of the Wheel and stall
Then i popped down to the asian shop, i bought some more Cweed and also a fortune cookie which was an intesting fortune that i read out aloud to myself. "You will be invited to a dinner party, accept it" which made me wonder if that actually might happen since there is always a chance. But the cookie was tasty too. £3.14 was the toal, since it was £0.15 per cookie and £2.99 for the cweed

Asian store purchasing

A pic of the fortune Cookie

Soon after, while i was walking around, Swaggy text me a hotukdeals link which sent me HERE. While it was starting to ponder on an idea, since it was Pete's birthday too, maybe this offer would be useful, so when it started raining, i went into Poundland, turned glass off and ordered the bundle. It was pretty much £17.90 for the actually 4 BOXES of DOZEN original Glazed doughnuts. Also poundland had some cleaning kits for smartphones soaked in wet water.

Then i walked up to the top of town, with an idea of currency conversion, why, well that isn't my place to say, ok maybe its a holiday present, but not for me. So i walked up to the top of town's Thomas cook and this is the one Pete had a really good service with when he went Vegas earlier this year, someone who i think looks really attractive on snapchat and i've met irl was serving a customer, bless phoebe. But this other rep approcahed me and i said about converting a £10 note, so she got set up and then we started talking due to delays, I was a bit worried i would have to provide ID to jst convert £11.86 to $15 which was the exact conversion rate today. She was really happy and thought it was nice for a present, luckily she didn't ask if we were dating, since that would be awkward since shes with some sod. So eventually she put the bucks in an envelope and i was on my way.

The envelope

Now then it was one last thing, the cards, Card Factory was the the place, i tried the Christmas Wonderland but this was birthday, not Christmas. So some cute ones (actually both were aimed at guys :oops) i found and that was £1.18, the rep was nice and chatty, I had to dig into the PS wallet to get it since shrapnel was a bugger. Walking out with those cards led me to one last thing, the Boxes. But i browsed Maplins and the Apple store beforehand, now that was funny in there, since some chav was nearly starting on the supervisor due to him not booking an appointment, he was nearly escorted out and i almost downloaded handbrake on to the Golden Core M machine (the same chip as the onda v919 3G Core M for a massive amount lower than the apple price).

Then it was Time to get the doughnuts, so i walked up to the counter, got the page loaded and realised i actually set the collection for tomorow, oh shit but she was ok with that, she called her manager, she actually looked cute with a pony tail and soft figure. She handed me 2 boxes and i was unusure since i showed her the offer, then she was puzzled by it as well, so another call to her manage and it was all right, she was ok about it, also i didn't flirt since you don't do that after asking for a problem to fix such as the offer not being applied. But i walked to the starbucks tables to write the cards out anyhow.

Then it was a case of walking back to the bike, the rain was holding off, some girls were impressed with the boxes looking so good, like junk food females do adore which kinda does make being a feeder more fun than other types of guys in realtionships since food is a weakness for many. Also this guy asked if i was wearing a camera, i said "its not recording you right now" he got the point and walked away, that could of ended badly but he got told what he wanted to know. By 3:15, i was biking up that hill with a bag of each end of the handlebar.

Cycling up north hill like this LOL

Eventually i got to the house, I knocked and shouted but then just left them safely and texted James that the present was at the front door, he texted back quick and said cheers bud. Then it was cycling up the hill and the blasted traffic lights before the mutley mile way. Then i parked nearby and went to drop it off, I couldn't reconisge Ash, she looked alot different, maybe the slim arms and the darker blonde hair colour but she was ok about delivering it too her, i really should thank her better than what i have done, she actually talks to me on nights out (twice is still better than once).

Cycling the mutley straight

I left there and the journey was long, dark and getting really wet towards the end, i mean traffic lights, usb cables in gears, stopping to fit powerbanks and torches on, it was about 20 minutes in wasted time. But pete thanked me via text when it was nearing Horrabridge which was about 4:55.

And then by Redrow, I ended the vlog there and cycled up, Painful hills and after a good 10 minutes sorting out the usb cable stuck in the gears, I got home about 5:15 which was meh considering it took 1 hour 49 Min to get home, Then after tea and getting the vlog started in Editing, i realised that the iphone NO LONGER RECORDS AUDIO, this is a pisstake, 2 vlogs without audio now, Either i'm going wrong or actually i think the Iphone is dying, power and home buttons are playing up and now that, Well i might need to make sure i have something to vlog with before Next week, maybe its excuse for a new phone but this time with a 16:9 front camera so i can record in 720p, iphone and ipod touch 5 gen does it but £££££££ is not ideal.

Well hope this vlog was ok, more vlogs soon after the technical problems to sort out.
